Currently as Head of Experience Design and Research at Arity (an Allstate company), I lead a team of designers and researchers for a mobility intelligence platform ingesting 1.5B+ daily driving miles. I partner with Product, Engineering,and Data Science leadership to drive design strategy for insurance, advertising, and consumer app products fueled by our telematcs data.

I drove the integration of Generative AI workflows — Figma Make, Cursor — within the product and designorganizations, reducing prototyping cycles and enabling rapid visualization of complex future visions.
